Container/Tube:

Preferred: Green-top (lithium heparin) tube

Acceptable: Gold-top serum gel tube or plain, red-top tube, EDTA plasma
Minimum Specimen Volume: 1.6 µL and dead space of plasma or serum.

Stability: 5 months at 4°C or frozen at -20°C for 4 months or at room temperature 2.5 months
