Preferred: Light green-top (lithium heparin gel) tube or lavender-top (EDTA) tube.
Acceptable: Gold-top serum gel tube, plain red-top tube, lavender-top (EDTA) tube,
or Grey-top (potassium oxalate/sodium fluoride) tube
Specimen Volume: A minimum sample volume of 3.2 µL plus a dead volume
