(Transports are supplied by St. Luke's Supply Distribution)
Unpreserved stool specimen may be sent, provided it is received by St. Luke's microbiology department within 4 hours of collection.
Inoculated samples are stable for 15 days at room temp and 30 days at 2-8o C.
