Light Green (Lithium Heparin Plasma Separator Tube)
Green No Gel (Lithium Heparin)
Red (No Additive)

Sample Volume:

3.0 mLof serum or plasma

Minimum Sample Volume: 

1.5 mL of serum (approximately 3.0 mL of whole blood based upon a normal patient hematocrit)

Remarks: Serum or plasma must be separated from cells within 45 minutes of venipuncture. To avoid delays in turnaround time when requesting multiple tests on frozen samples, please submit separate frozen specimens for each test requested.
